GOVERNANCE AND LEADERSHIP

EPIC Ministry is a civilly incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that is a Catholic private association of the faithful and a private juridic person in accordance with Canons 321-326 of the Code of Canon Law. The organization is overseen by a Board of Directors who delegate operational management to an Executive Director and Team.
